THE DEMAND CASE

The World Needs More Copper Than It Can Mine

Copper is the metal the energy transition can’t happen without. Every EV requires up to 4× more copper than a combustion vehicle. Every wind turbine, solar installation, and grid upgrade runs on copper wire. Global demand is projected to double by 2035 — yet new mine supply is shrinking, permitting timelines are lengthening, and the largest deposits are getting harder to find.

The deficit is structural. The opportunity is now.

Demand Growth Projected by 2035

Average Years: Discovery to Production
Top Tier
Fraser Institute Jurisdiction Score
Three Reasons the Timing Is Right
The EV Revolution Is Not Optional
Electric vehicles require up to four times more copper than conventional combustion vehicles. With EV adoption accelerating across North America, Europe, and Asia, the structural demand pull on copper has only just begun.
Supply Is Not Keeping Up
The pipeline of new copper mines is thinner than at any point in recent memory. Grade decline at existing operations, longer permitting windows, and rising costs of production mean new discoveries in proven, mining-friendly jurisdictions command a significant premium.
British Columbia Has What the World Needs
BC consistently ranks among the world's top mining jurisdictions. The province has produced copper commercially for over 100 years, maintains a functional regulatory framework, and has a track record of responsibly built mines. For investors seeking copper exposure without political risk, BC is the answer.

COPPER

Copper Is What Keeps the Machine Running.

Bearings. Hydraulics. Industrial motors. Heavy equipment. Strip it out of the supply chain and the world’s most productive machinery grinds to a halt — yet North America has not brought a significant new copper mine online in over twenty years.

“The industrial economy runs on copper in ways most people never think about. Mining trucks, processing plants, port equipment — the entire physical infrastructure of global trade depends on a metal that is becoming increasingly difficult to source.”

THE TOODOGGONE DISTRICT

The World's Biggest Miners Are Watching BC Copper

The Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia has entered a new chapter. In 2025, Amarc Resources and partner Freeport-McMoRan announced the AuRORA porphyry discovery — described as potentially BC’s highest-grade copper-gold porphyry find to date. That announcement triggered a wave of major capital into the belt, with Centerra Gold, AngloGold Ashanti, and others moving quickly to secure positions across the district.

This is what a district re-rating looks like in real time.

Hi-View Resources holds over 27,910 hectares across the Toodoggone — more ground than almost any other junior in the belt — assembled before the majors arrived.

Major Investment in the District

AngloGold Ashanti

NYSE: AU

AngloGold Ashanti — one of the world’s largest gold producers — made a direct bet on the Toodoggone by acquiring a 5% strategic stake in Thesis Gold (TSX: TAU) for C$38.6M. Thesis Gold’s Ranch Deposit sits immediately adjacent to Hi-View’s claim package on the same structural corridor. When a NYSE-listed major writes a $38M cheque into this district, it validates the geology Hi-View is advancing.

Freeport-McMoRan

NYSE: FCX

The world’s largest publicly traded copper producer entered the Toodoggone belt by investing $35M to earn a 60% stake in the JOY District with Amarc Resources — then elected to proceed with a $75M Stage 2 Earn-In, with a $10M program budgeted for 2025. Freeport deploying CAD $110M into a district that borders Hi-View’s ground is institutional-grade validation of the copper potential here.

Thesis Gold

TSX: TAU

Thesis Gold has raised over C$100M+ across three financing rounds — C$10M (Dec 2024), C$27.5M (2025), and a C$44M AngloGold-led strategic round (Feb 2026) — to advance the Lawyers-Ranch deposit sitting immediately adjacent to Hi-View’s claim package on the same structural corridor. The scale of institutional capital flowing into Thesis Gold directly validates the geology Hi-View is advancing.

Hi-View’s flagship project in the Golden Horseshoe of the Toodoggone. Historical drilling returned significant gold values. A 2025 sampling program identified a new copper zone, marking the project’s evolution into a copper-gold system. APEX Geoscience and an airborne geophysical survey are actively delineating the system.

Lawyers East, West & North Claims — Adjacency Play
Contiguous to Amarc Resources' JOY Property — host of the AuRORA porphyry copper-gold discovery backed by Freeport-McMoRan. Hi-View's Lawyers East block sits on the western flank of Amarc's JOY Property. The strategic rationale is straightforward: the best place to find the next major discovery is next door to the last one.
Borealis Project
Recently acquired project adding additional copper-gold porphyry exposure within the district land package. Systematic exploration underway.
Northern Claims
Includes Black Pearl, Ursus, Oxide Summit, Harmon Peak, Garnet, Saunders, and Nub — providing geological diversity and strike length across the belt.
GOLDEN STRANGER COPPER ZONE

Golden Stranger Copper Zone

In 2025, Hi-View’s exploration program at the Golden Stranger project identified a new copper mineralized zone — a significant discovery that reframes the project from a single-metal gold play into a copper-gold system. A comprehensive airborne geophysical survey conducted by Peter E. Walcott & Associates identified multiple structural anomalies across the claim blocks, while APEX Geoscience is now leading systematic follow-up exploration.

The copper zone adds a new dimension to a project that already carries 45 drill-ready targets and full exploration permits.
What the Survey Found

The airborne Tri-Axial Gradiometer Survey — conducted by Longford Exploration Services — identified multiple linear anomalies related to faults and structures across Hi-View’s Lawyers East, West, and South claim blocks. A number of these structures share the same trends as precious metal mineralized structures at the adjacent Lawyers (Cliff Creek) and Baker-Shasta properties.

The IP (induced polarization) survey now underway at Golden Stranger is designed to define copper and gold targets ahead of drilling — the final step before the drill program begins.

DISTRICT POSITIONING

Freeport-McMoRan Is Your Neighbour. That Changes Everything.

When the world’s largest copper producer partners on a project in your backyard, it sends a signal the market cannot ignore. Amarc Resources and Freeport-McMoRan’s AuRORA discovery sits directly adjacent to Hi-View’s Lawyers East claim block — which is, in turn, contiguous to the western flank of Amarc’s JOY Property.

Hi-View acquired the Lawyers East claim precisely to close that gap. The strategic rationale is straightforward: the best place to find the next major discovery is next door to the last one.

Amarc + Freeport / AuRORA
Described as potentially BC's highest-grade porphyry copper-gold find to date. Freeport-McMoRan — the world's largest listed copper producer — entered the district as strategic partner. Drilling ongoing.
Hi-View / Lawyers East
Hi-View's claims are contiguous to AuRORA. The Lawyers East acquisition directly positions the company within the expanding porphyry target corridor identified by Amarc's exploration.

04
Mapping, Prospecting, and Data Validation: Field geologists will map and prospect the highest-priority zones identified by the ASTER and R-HET surveys, validating alteration patterns at surface and tying remote sensing results to observable geology.
JURISDICTION

The Safest Place to Find Copper in the World

British Columbia has produced copper commercially for over 100 years. The province consistently ranks in the top tier of global mining jurisdictions by the Fraser Institute — stable regulation, functional permitting, and a long history of responsible mine development.

In a world where copper is critical and reliable supply is scarce, jurisdiction is everything. Hi-View’s assets are in one of the few places on earth where a mine can actually get built.
